The short version
No accounts, no sign-up, no advertising, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no profiling, no third-party fonts. This is a static list of links.
Controller

Industrious BEAM
Schicklerstr. 5

Germany
The person named above is the controller under Art. 4(7) GDPR. For questions about data protection or to exercise the rights below, email chiara@irlvsai.com or call +49 176 65699743. We have not appointed a data protection officer, as we are not required to.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted on the Lovable platform (Lovable Labs Incorporated), which delivers it through Cloudflare's content network. Both act as processors on our behalf under Art. 28 GDPR. Delivering a page necessarily processes technical data: IP address, time of request, page requested, referrer, browser and operating system. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a secure, working site. These logs are kept for at most 30 days and then deleted; we do not use them to identify you or build profiles. Because these providers operate globally, data may be processed outside the EU, safeguarded by the EU standard contractual clauses.
Fonts and other assets
All fonts, styles and images are served from this site itself. No request goes to Google Fonts or any other content network for them, so no data about you is sent to such providers when a page loads.
Cookies and the notice banner
We set no cookies at all — no tracking, marketing, analytics or preference cookies. When you dismiss the small notice banner, one entry is saved in your browser's local storage so the banner does not reappear. It stores only the fact that you dismissed it, no personal data, and it never leaves your device. This strictly necessary storage is permitted without consent under § 25(2) TDDDG; you can delete it at any time by clearing your browser storage.
Contact form
The "get in touch" button opens a short form on this site.
- What we collect: the topic you choose (Add a link, Update information, General or Partnership requests), your message, the date and time you sent it, and — only if you choose to enter one — your email address. We also record that you ticked the required consent box before sending.
- Why we collect it: to read and reply to your message. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR: your consent given when you tick the box, and Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR where necessary to handle a partnership or site-related enquiry. Providing an email address is voluntary and is only used to write back to you.
- How long we keep it: messages are deleted once we have dealt with them and no longer need them, at the latest 12 months after they were sent.
- Where it goes: the data is stored in our own database, hosted for us by Supabase (via the Lovable platform) as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR on servers in the EU.
We do not use the form for analytics, advertising or profiling, and we do not pass your message on to anyone else.
External links
The site links to third-party sites (maps, job boards, event pages). Nothing is loaded from them until you click. Once you follow a link, that provider receives your IP address and applies its own privacy policy. We have no control over that and take no responsibility for it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20), and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). Where processing ever rests on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. Since we hold no personal data beyond short-lived server logs, there is usually nothing to disclose or delete. Requests go to chiara@irlvsai.com.
Right to complain
You may lodge a complaint with any data protection supervisory authority, in particular the one where you live. For us that is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit), Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin, mailbox@datenschutz-berlin.de.
No obligation to provide data
Using the site requires no personal data from you, and there is no automated decision-making or profiling of any kind.
